Independent Property Services (IPS) was founded by David Murphy, back in 2009 when real estate transactions in Cambodia were still time-consuming, complicated and expensive. We had one vision in mind: to be the all-in-one source of professional real estate services in Cambodia. I am extremely satisfied to have contacted IPS Cambodia Co., Ltd. I had limited time to search for an apartment. The short timeframe that was convenient for me was during the Pchum Ben holiday. Ms. Visana Neth, the IPS agent, organized the viewings very quickly. Before moving to Phnom Penh, I reached out to IPS in order to get in touch with an agent that could help us find a house to rent after our arrival. Almost immediately, Nam reached out to us to inquire about our preferences for houses ( area, budget, amenities etc ) and sent us a collection links for us to view. After our arrival, we met with Nam is person and he took us to view 7 different places in his company car. Each place matched what we had told him was important to us ( other agents might just try to show you anything ) After we short listed our places, Nam was able to provide more details and make an offer on our behalf with the owner. He was present during the contract signing and the house handover. All I can say is that we were blown away by Nam’s professionalism and genuine nature. Would highly recommend reaching out to IPS if you are looking for a house in PP.
Visana from IPS was a fantastic agent and really made the experience very smooth and fun. She was extremely patient, supportive, detail-oriented and clear in her explanations of each apartment and showed us a range of apartments that very clearly fit the criteria we wanted and helped facilitate the contract and move within a day after viewings!! Everything was great with IPS until I moved into the apartment where next door had a workshop that started hammering at 6am everyday. They did help me to leave which is fair enough but they should have known about this before placing me in the apartment. Terrible experience.
